A: All our products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify, a trusted print-on-demand partner. They handle production, printing, and shipping, so your items are created with care and sent directly to your door.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Because orders are automatically sent to Printify for processing, we can’t guarantee changes once it’s placed. Contact us ASAP at lbfnk.info@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help if the order hasn’t started production.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Printify typically takes 2–5 business days to produce your item. Shipping adds another 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on location. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we primarily ship within the U.S. If you're outside the U.S., contact us — we may be able to accommodate.

Q: Who handles shipping?
A: Shipping is handled by Printify's network of print providers and couriers (like USPS, FedEx, or UPS), depending on the location and product.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product includes a size chart provided by the shirt brand used by Printify. We recommend comparing the chart to a shirt you already love at home.

Q: Are the shirts pre-shrunk?
A: Most shirts are made from softstyle cotton blends and may shrink slightly after washing. To extend the life of your design, wash cold and air dry when possible.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Since each shirt is printed on demand by Printify, we can’t accept returns for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse. But if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right with Printify’s support.

Q: My order arrived with an issue — what do I do?
